數天前,在德國電視台：DW, 我看到李應元博士,Columbia University,環保署署長在德國電視台明白表示： 未來台灣電力產生由： 1.百分之50 由 天然氣,2.百分之25 由燃煤和燃油,3. 百分之25 由太陽能,風力,海洋海浪等綠色能源.
